Thank you to Mike , Jed and the crew at Midas. I’m new to the area and was skeptical about finding a mechanic I can trust. They came through. Very honest and really helped with my warranty service. Thanks again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE After everything I have experienced with Midas, I cannot recommend this company for an oil change, much less major repairs. My vehicle has been towed THREE TIMES during this ordeal. I originally brought it in because of an oil-pressure issue. I was told I needed an oil pump and that there were EVAP problems. I paid for the recommended repairs, expecting my vehicle to be properly repaired. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The oil-pressure gauge continued malfunctioning, and the check-engine light came back on. The Greensboro manager even told me that the Winston-Salem location didn’t know what they were doing. Unfortunately, after everything that has happened, my experience has unfortunately made me understand exactly why he said that. Now my vehicle has been towed back to the Greensboro location, even though that location was not the one that originally performed the work I paid for. I’m now being told that I need approximately $3,300 MORE in repairs. I already paid for repairs that were supposed to address the problem. My vehicle wasn’t fixed, it has been towed three times, and now I’m being asked for another $3,300. From

I recently had my vehicle serviced for an alignment, tire rotation, and wheel balancing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The work was completed professionally and in a timely manner, and my car drives noticeably smoother now. A special thank you to Jed, the manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the services being performed. He made sure everything was done right and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. I also want to recognize the mechanic who worked on my car. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship were evident in the results, and they took great care to ensure everything was completed correctly. It's clear they take pride in their work, and I truly appreciate the effort that went into making my vehicle drive better.

Jed, the new manager really was helpful and kept me updated throughout the process of my oil change and tire rotation. I told him about a slow leak on one of my tires and the service tech found it and plugged it for free! Excellent work. We’ll go back again.

Jed the manager was friendly and accommodating for a last minute oil change. He made sure to do a complete inspection. He reported the need for cabin filter and amount of tread on my tires. He gave price estimates for tires and informed me about thier highly rated warranty. And he used a coupon for the oil change. Great place to stop for your oil change or simple service. Reasonable and friendly service
